22-25 Queen Square
This project has 34 apartments, a retail unit, and 20,000 sq.ft. of offices over basement car parking.
The Grade II listed façade to Queen Square is being retained and the corner of the square completed with the re-creation of no.25 based on photographic records of the original building.
Winner of the Giles Worsley Award for best New Building in a Georgian context by the Georgian Group.
