The new Locality Hub, constructed with an innovative timber structure, provides a range of children and young person's services for the local community.
The highly sustainable building is carefully organised into Public, Contact, and Private Zones which are arranged around a 3 storey entrance atrium. The use of larch cladding, insulated render, and coloured glass panels further enhances the building’s legibility.
